A problem with our main status monitor caused 7 minutes of downtime to be reported. No customer sites were, however, affected.

The reason for the reported downtime was that the status monitor monitored the ericselin.dev website (personal site of statichost.eu founder Eric), and this particular site experienced an error. (The index page of ericselin.dev was mistakenly removed, leading to a failing status check: 404 not found). As said, no other sites were affected.

The main status monitor has now been updated to monitor the www.statichost.eu site. This site should be much more stable when it comes to the actual site working as expected. The statichost site works in exactly the same way and on the same servers as all other sites hosted at statichost.eu.
