We have applied a fix for the problem in question. Upon investigation it turned out that some builds were falsely reported as failed while some did indeed fail. Nonetheless, all systems are now back to normal.

Builds that are published normally show an error and are reported as failed. Everything is working as expected, though. We are in the process of fixing the issue that causes these false errors.
